The BPS holds weekly services on Friday evenings and on Shabbat mornings as well as festival evening and morning services.
Services are led by the rabbis and there are many opportunities for members to be involved in leading the prayers in Hebrew and English.
Liberal Judaism has its own prayer books: ‘Siddur Lev Chadash’ for Shabbat, daily and festival services and ‘Machzor Ruach Chadashah’ for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
Coffee or tea is served before the Shabbat evening service and there is a Kiddush after the morning service.
Visitors are very welcome to join us for any of our services. Tickets are required only for the High Holy Day services. We ask you to understand our need for security and to bring some identification if you are visiting for the first time.
